Is autism caused by bad parenting and is it catching?
No because autism is found in the brain. And autism is not caused by bad parenting. The child some how got it when they were born. Researchers found that it is a birth defect.

How do I know my child has autism?
Autism usually comes noticeable in the first three years of life. Some telltale signs are:
When a child seems to be playing with their toys, they line them up instead
When the inhabitant of autism lacks in talking and making friends
When the child doesn't interact with other children
When the child prefers to do other sum and substance than what they are supposed to do in their age group
These are just some of the signs that could point out a child has autism.

Will autism affect my child later in their lifetime?
That is a yes and no question. Because since autism is a spectrum of different levels of intensity it effects each person differently. The lightest part of the spectrum is Alspergers disease which isn't as intense as the rest of the spectrum. This will only affect them verbally. But if you had the heaviest or the middle part of the spectrum it could affect both personal and professional life to. However there are some therapies to help solve those problems.

Can autism be caused by certain vaccines?
No. But the wierd part is no one knows what causes autism. Scientists are still trying to figure that out.

What are some strategies to help the autistic cope with the disability?
Some strategies include some moderate activity. An example of this is martial arts. This is because the exercise in karate help calms down the nervous system. Another strategies are to take therapy or take stimulants/tranquilizers. These could be hazardous for some people because they may have a allergic reaction to the chemicals in the medicine.

Is there a particular group of people that is more likely to be born with autism?
Yes there is. Boys are more likely to be autistic than girls. You may notice this more if you go to school that has classes for autistics that are mostly boys. Scientists don't know why this may happen but they have a idea in terms of genes and how the male brain think.
